EXHAUST GAS BOILERS FOR ENGINES, TURBINES AND FURNACE

Clayton Exhaust Gas Boilers can produce steam or hot water using the heat in the waste gases from diesel engines, small gas turbines, enamel ovens, stress relieving ovens and other suitable applications including high temperature processes such as heat from thermal oxidisers. This recovered waste heat from your production process can be used as a valuable source of energy for other purposes. Depending on the flow resistance, the Exhaust Gas Boiler can handle a maximum of 15 000 kg/hr of exhaust gas up to 1 200°C.

Engines

The Clayton Exhaust Gas Boiler is a single coil, water tube boiler with forced circulation of similar construction to the world-famous Clayton Steam Generator.

Turbines

Our Clayton waste heat recovery units are capable to recover the heat of the hot flue gasses of gas turbines to make steam and/or hot water.

Furnace

We refer to high exhaust gas temperatures for applications such as furnaces or any other industrial process where the gasses going into the boiler can be well above 450°C
